CLUB ROLES & RULES

PRESIDENT: CHRIS WASHINGTON
The President manages matters that can't be resolved by The Club. He will in no way be superior but will be the resolving factor on club matters, should the circumstances arise, the President has the authority to make quick decisions in emergency situations. All aspects concerning the Club are led and overseen by the President.
VICE PRESIDENT: CHRIS DECORTE
The Vice President is second in command and will lead all activities and oversee all events when the President is unavailable. The primary function of the Vice President is to acquire Club sponsorships, establish and maintain past/present community relations, oversee the Club website, and assist the President in all Club matters.
CRUISE COORDINATOR: TODD SZELES
Responsible for organizing, advertising, marketing, and promoting cruise events for the members and ensuring they have a good time throughout the season. Providing a safe environment and maintaining the rules for conduct for all members at Club sponsored cruise events.
SOCIAL DIRECTOR: SUNNY SIPPEL
Promote Club participation in activities and enhance the image of the Club and its events. Is responsible for putting up promotional displays at all Club functions involving the public. Welcome new members to the Club by introducing them to the Club officers and members. Responsible for documenting events / photos and submitting for upload via social media and website.
ASST. SOCIAL DIRECTOR: KIMBERLY PECARIC
Assist the Social Director in their efforts to promote participation in Club events, enhance the image of the Club, welcoming new members to the Club, and the documentation of Club events.
GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT
To ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone, all members are expected to adhere to the following guidelines.
Section 1: Member Conduct & Respect

Mutual Respect: Always show respect for your fellow Club members.

Positive Representation: Act in a mature and responsible manner when representing the Club or wearing Club apparel at events.

Community First: We foster a spirit of camaraderie, not competition. All members are encouraged to support one another.

Non-Discrimination: We are an inclusive community and do not discriminate based on age, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or national origin.
Section 2: Participation & Engagement

Stay Active: We encourage members to regularly attend meetings and functions.

Stay Informed: Our official Facebook Group is the best way to stay updated on Club news and events.

Get Involved: Your enthusiastic participation makes our Club stronger, though it is not mandatory.
Section 3: Safety & Governance

Positive Atmosphere: Actions that detract from the Club's morale or reputation will not be tolerated. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants, the leadership may ask a member to leave an event or suspend membership if their conduct is inappropriate.

Responsible Drinking: Please drink responsibly at all Club-related functions.

Official Rules: All members agree to abide by the official rules and regulations of Roc City Mustangz, LLC.

Addressing Concerns: Please bring any concerns or complaints directly to the President or Vice President.

Membership Authority: To protect the safety and reputation of the Club, the President or Vice President reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership at their discretion.
