You must set up no later than 1hr prior to the start of the show.

You will NOT be able to set up after that and will forfeit your vendor fee.

Vendor Fees are nonrefundable.  No Exceptions.  Space is very limited.

You will be responsible for your own setup- tables, generators, etc.  

All items for sale must be approved by ROC City Mustangz in advance.

The sale of knives, firearms, ammunition, or alcoholic beverages is PROHIBITED.
